The precursor of the company’s the Enterprise mechanical construction No 14 was established by Decision No. 184 / BXD-TCCB dated 11/02/1982 of the Ministry of Construction in order to implement construction leveling, digging the plant works Apatite Tang Loong – Bao Thang – Lao Cai. Dated 01.02.1996, the Minister of Construction had a Decision No. 01 / BXD-TCLĐ to renamed company as Installation and Mechanized Construction Company No 14. Following the Decree No. 187/2004 / ND-CP dated 16/11 / 2004 of the government on the transformation of state companies into joint-stock companies, the Ministry of Construction issued decision 1453 / QD-BXD dated 18/07/2005 and the decision No. 1703 / QD-BXD dated 09/9 / 2005 moving Installation and Mechanized Construction Company No 14 to LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company,
